about

Fin'amor is proud to present our long awaited new release "Memories of Flesh", featuring the angelic guest vocals of Julia German, the vocal debut of Julian Chuzhik, and the return of frontman Benjamin Meyerson. This release marks the beginning of our return, and happens to fall on the three year anniversary of the band. In order to celebrate this anniversary, we felt it appropriate to release our lyrics for this song. Thank you to all of you who have shown us support, shared the stage with us, or just had a beer with us through the years. We are still here, and this is for you.

lyrics

In my soul, I can feel the water turning cold.
Unfold, the tides of recollection turn to gold.
The seasons bide and nail you to the ground.
I'm told, outside our wall the crows are waiting patiently until there is no sound.

"Why can't you see what you mean to me, I will always remember you"

Silence is all that's left as the crows collect.
Torn from my bones, the memories of flesh.
Devoured in silence, my soul is carried away.
Into the darkness where nothing awaits.

"Though you're gone, you're not forgotten.
I will always love you"

I am forgotten
